Fit Factory Brentwood was created to bring together people who want to get fit, have fun, and be part of the best small gym community in Essex. That community has grown, and so have we.
Our Brentwood gym is now home to LIFT, our structured, coached strength programme, with conditioning sessions at weekends. Every session has a purpose, every coach knows your name, and every week builds on the last. Our fully air-conditioned studio and free on-site parking make it easy to focus on your training.
In November 2026 we're opening Fit Factory Performance, our dedicated Hyrox and Hybrid training facility just down the road. It's now two gyms with two different focuses, and they share one community. Train at one, or get the best of both with an All Access Membership.
Whether you're picking up a barbell for the first time or taking your training to the next level, you'll find a welcoming space and expert support at Fit Factory.
